Great property, pretty convenient location, will stay there again. Only nit is all communication is through an ai bot. Literally no live people to speak with after. Everything was keyless/ touchless, etc.

Kasa was amazing. I loved the updated appliances, modern interior and comfortable furniture. This place specifically was in a great area of town where transportation was available nearby, plenty of food choices, and a Whole Foods was around the corner. Most of all, security was wonderful. I always felt safe, warm and welcome at Kasa.

The place looked fine, location great, most uncomfortable furniture I’ve ever met, stove hood light was burned out… not normally a big deal but could get no one there Xmas eve.. we were trying to cook and had to use cell phone light to see the dials on the oven and stove.

Pre-Christmas Trip
The property is lovely, and the area is nice. Our unit was well appointed but did lack a few things. We did not have a hair dryer in the room. I called to get one and waited an hour and a half before we finally left for the day. When we arrived back that evening there was a dryer however it did not work. We tried 4 different outlets. We had a newly crawling 9 month old that managed to find a piece of broken glass on the rug. Upon further inspection we found 3 more pieces of glass, several small elastic hair bands, dried food crumbs and candy wrappers under the edge of the couch. The legs on the coffee table were not screwed in and it was very wobbly. We had to hand tighten them to keep it from toppling over when the baby walked around it. I am likely overly sensitive about housekeeping because I oversee and small 10 room inn but hair in the shower that is not my own is an eww factor. We would definitely stay again because it totally fit our needs. I just hope they find a new housekeeper with a little more attention to detail.

I would really recommend this to anyone. I felt like a local and tourist at the same time. Neighbours were so friendly and the place is very convenient. Close to grocery stores and restaurants also, close to union station. I love it and will definitely stay here again!
