The guy at check in was meek and confused by the sketchy dude trying to play him. Mr. SKETCHY did not have the deposit. Desk guy should have asked him to step away since I had already waited 15 minutes while this guy attempted a SCAM! Customer service 101 needed to thwart these sketchy people! The dude finally stepped away and I had to suggest, step up and interceed. Guy at desk did not seem authoritive, rather meek! Nice enuff, but should have processed MUCH faster!

We had a great stay. Only thing we didn’t like was we had to keep asking for wash cloths. Don’t think the housekeepers came clean our room. Other than that, we will be back🙂 property is nice, clean and updated.
