The thermostat for the climate control in the room does not work. The room is a little cold and the thermostat is stuck at 50 degrees. It will not go up or down. I turned the thermostat off and the room warmed to 67. While I was at the front desk another customer complained about their room being cold.

Don’t stay here! We had originally booked for 3 nights however checked out after the first night! At check in we asked front staff where the gym was located and she had no idea! We were told there was an ice machine on our floor however there was not and when we finally found one it was disgusting. Rooms are tiny and having to pay $50 for parking is ridiculous!

We had stayed here before and felt so good. The first time the staff was so friendly. They were so kind and the property was.Yeah nice and a good value. However, this time when we stayed there, we felt like the front desk agent.Ryan was very snooty and condescending. The room that we stayed in. The toilet was mounted completely crooked, and there was a hole in the glass of the shower. It's unfortunate that we were disappointed this time. Around hopefully, when we come back tuesday next time, it will be better. The best experience of the whole trip was the kindliness, courteousness and friendliness of the valle

Room is quite small. Tv was mounted on the wall & was positioned in such a way that you can really only watch it comfortably from the couch as it didn't swivel to face the bed fully. Bathroom is also tiny. You can't control the temperature in the room so it gets really hot at times especially when sleeping. We only paid $190 for 2 nights so price wise it was good but I'd probably spend a little more on a different hotel that is a little nicer next time.

No heat and no one to fix it!
The room had no working heat. When we called the front desk we were told that the guest before requested for it to be turned off. Knowing that the room was going to be made available for the next guest, you would think they would have turned the heat back on, but no. They offered us a space heater or to change room and the engineer would be in later to turn on the heater. We already had plans for the day and packing up and moving to a new room was not an option so we accepted the space heater. The heater worked for a couple of hours when the engineer came to make repairs and then we had to rely on the space heater for the duration of our stay.
