The lobby smelled horrible the entire stay. AC did not work, when I called the front desk they said they would leave a fan at the front desk. Front desk staff nonexistent, would not come out from the back office. Room was small and stuffy. Won't be back

You cannot control the heating nor the air conditioning in the room. It is centrally controlled so if you are hot or you are cold, you cannot adjust the temperature.

We had a two bedroom suite. Very nice and spacious with breakfast included. Walking distance to many eateries and venues. Would stay again!

I have stay in several holiday inn express ,I feel like this particular one in Denver downtown is outdated ,they don’t provide free parking only valet witch cost $50 dollar a night ,the nearest parking is a block away and feels unsafe to walk at night ,I want to mention personal is very helpful and nice

A little disappointed that although our room was ready when we arrived at noon they made us wait until 3pm or pay a $50 early check in fee. However, they did secure our luggage for us so we didn’t have to haul it around Denver while we waited to check in.

AC in hotel clearly doesn't work. The staff wont tell you this at check in. They say the building is al one temp. As someone with commercial HVAC experience, I can tell you each room has an ac unit, but they arent working. Air coming out of vent wont even push a piece of paper. They use this all one temperture excuse to lie and try to cover the real issue up.
