It’s not that I didn’t like it but it is located next to a work site/job storage area?!? Not sure what it was. As far as the facility, it is clean, welcoming to sit and chat in several areas in the lobby which was used. It has a two sided fireplace which in the winter will be a nice addition for skiers. There is a very nice restaurant adjoined to the hotel. Pretty good food though I didn’t like the pancakes. They looked great and smelled great but sadly they were bland. Even. With syrup. I paired them with eggs over easy and they were still bland. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Union Station area, as it is close to the red line bus station that travels to the free mall street. This is the beginning point of the ride so you are sure to have a seat, the bus can get crowded. Denver downtown is commuter friendly. Buses, lots of motor scooters available, Pericles include two to four seaters. These bikes are fun to sit and watch the goings on around you. Catch one to a game, so convenient too.

We did a Family trip to Denver. We only stayed one night and we chose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Denver Because it was central to our destination as well as the activities we had planned. Hotel had great accommodations And was perfect other than the pool being too cold To enjoy. (Joy) The lady at the front desk was absolutely awesome and helpful.

Unfortunately I was unable to sleep in the bed, there was a huge dip and it was very uncomfortable. We had gotten a suite and I wouldn’t expect the bed to be so uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the couch. Staff was okay, pretty quiet. Restaurant was good.

The service was excellent. The billing was confusing. The only problem was the fan would not go off on the ventilation system and it took a little while to figure out which wall switches worked, which lights. I think they need better software for that.
