Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are dated, but well equipped. This is a good place to crash for a night or two for a reasonable cost. It isn't really a vacation spot. I'd book here again.

Although the rooms were larger than a normal hotel of this nature, the beds were uncomfortable. As well, the workout (fitness room) did not have mats to put on the floor. It was convenient to what we needed to do, and get to, in the area; but, all-in-all, an average property.

This was a business trip: Checked in and was assigned a king room which smelled strongly of urine. After bringing this to the attention of the front desk staff I was then moved to a new room which was "Ok". My coworkers checked in to a king room that was missing the u-bend in the bathroom sink. Yeah, really. So, when they turned on the water it ran all over the floor! The front desk staff at the time of checked in were at least helpful in addressing the "problems" and focused on customer service. The next day when we arrived back after work we asked the front desk staff for a couple more bottled waters. We were told by the surly receptionist "that's only when you check in". Customer service went from helpful to nothing in a day. Recommendation to anyone considering this hotel: Go anywhere else! There are definitely better options in the area. And to the Hilton Honors program director (of which I am a member), guess what, not anymore! I am dropping you!

Check in was easy. Repair to front drive through was being made which did not allow drive up access to lobby doors. On one occasion when exiting the lobby, a front desk staff worker was outside the lobby door in a full blown argument with someone on the cellphone. Very unprofessional and should be addressed by management. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast area was stocked well with morning breakfast items. Coffee available in front lobby but not in breakfast area. Overall, I would stay here again.

Noisy floor
Hotel is showing its age since we last stayed here. Breakfast first day was not good but improved the second morning. The biggest issue was that we could hear the people in the room above us walking around and the floor also squeaked when they walked. Don’t expect that from a modern hotel.
