Clean , nice accommodations however the entire city is under construction and limited us to enjoy the city. Also had to ask 3 times for a hair dryer and finally later in the day received it.

Check in at the front was terrible, very rude and key cards didnt work. We came back late in the night and couldnt get inside, the front desk seen us and just sat there.. swimming pool was gross and the hot tub wasnt even hot

The room I booked online and paid for in advance wasn’t available. The folks at reception spent an hour trying to figure out how to change my reservation to one of the other three rooms that were supposedly available, but their system didn’t allow them to do it- lack of training in the new system was their excuse - only at the very end was there a “sorry for the inconvenience” other than that staff was not very helpful or apologetic

Valet parking staff are great - friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, check-in with Jermaine was terrible. He was more intereated in continuing his conversation with his friend than chexking us in. When he did start oir check-in he barely spoke to me at all. He disnt tell us when or where breakfast was, no information on if there is a bar or restaurant, nothing about the location of the pool or gym. Basically just gave me our cards for the room then turned back to talk with his friend. Very unfriendly and not helpful.

The front desk when we arrived was very rude and blunt about not having any more king bed rooms even though we booked months in advance and threw us into a room with two queens instead. Our room also had no hair dryer and was missing shower supplies.

Without a doubt, the worst Hilton experience we’ve ever had. First, staff happily changed our room from one king to two queens, but then 20 minutes later we were told by the manager that he did not want to honor this change and then made us switch rooms again. He was so intense about the entire situation and we felt really unwelcome abs uncomfortable. No towels for the room, and no pillows or blankets for the pill out bed, which shouldn’t have been a problem…but then multiple calls to staff to get these needs fulfilled went unanswered. Very hard visit.
