Great quiet and affordable place to stay near the airport. The bed was comfortable, the tv had HBO, and they have a complimentary breakfast buffet every day. I am not into skiing or anything, I simply wanted to check out a new city and get away for the weekend so the proximity to the airport was ideal. The staff was really nice! My only complaint would be the bathroom door - a sliding door that neither locks nor covers the entire opening - I wish hotels would stop doing that! I loved the breakfast, great selection with plenty of seating. I don’t necessarily see myself traveling to Colorado again, but if I ever do I would certainly book here again!

I arrived very late (due to flight issues all day) and was given keys to a room that already had guests in it. At 2am, I’m sure I scared whoever was in there. I went back to the front desk, got another room, went to it and the keys didn’t work. Went BACK to the front desk, had the keys redone and had the gal walk with me to my room in case they didn’t work again. I was exhausted and just wanted to go to bed and it took too long for this to happen.

The hotel itself was ok but we waited over an hour for the shuttle in subzero weather, only to be told that there wasn’t enough room in the van. In the end we got our own uber to the hotel. Don’t advertise a free shuttle to and from the airport and then not have one available.

When I checked in, they tried to charge me an extra $30 for checking in early, even though I had already checked in early without charge via their email. I had booked an airport shuttle for early in the morning. I took an Uber when the shuttle did not show up.
