Located just outside of Brighton, 25 minutes from DIA, 30 minutes to downtown, and 40 minutes to Boulder. Easy access to all major highways. Less than 5min to Brighton, which has a variety of dining and entertainment. Within 15min you are at TopGolf, Denver Premium Outlets, and The Summit (bowling/arcade/tavern) as well as several local golf courses.

This property has plenty of RV and trailer parking available. This is a two bedroom home with loft. Master (queen) has outside balcony with seating. Second bedroom has bunk bed (full/twin) perfect for kids but comfortable for adults. Loft has small sectional with a queen pullout. 32" flat screen with blue ray. Living room also has small sectional with queen pullout and 65" RoKu Smart TV. Dinning table is set for 8 but breakfast bar has 3 additional seats. (Air mattress available for additional sleeping arrangements if needed).
This beautiful farm house has wrap around porch with outdoor seating for 8 with additional seating by firepit.
Take a walk to the back of the property say "hi" to the cows, head to the far back of the property and enjoy the firepit by the river.

Nice place, mgmt very helpful.
Nice property, easy access. Close to places we needed to go. Management people very accommodating. Storm had shorted out some electrical, fixed next day. Found that it had also taken out fridge - they brought out a temp fridge on Christmas eve - and put a new one in next business day. Who does this? I am very impressed with their dedication and help. Thank you for saving our holiday with our family!!!

This Todd Creek Farmhouse was a perfect place for our family Thanksgiving. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and 3 dogs. The kids had fun in the backyard and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings

I love throwing family events at this place it’s perfect size especially outside ! We have done 3 of them already here and each time everything was perfect ! The only thing that wasn’t the best was the cleanliness of the place , there was spider webs behind doors and window inside the place and the bathroom door had stuff splattered on it and wasn’t wiped off but other then that place was great

Great property for an event!
This property is beyond amazing. We rented the house and property to host a 15th birthday (quince). We had plenty of space for over 200 guests. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant. The house had lots of room for my family of 5. We stood in the house for 4 days. I highly recommend this property for a stay and/or event. Our family will definitely be returning.

Quiet and clean
We enjoyed our stay very much. We liked the quiet and privacy it offered. The house was clean and had plenty of space for us. We didn’t realize there wasn’t any air upstairs, being from GA it was a shock but we made it work with no issues. We even got to play cowboy a couple of times with curious baby calves. Thanks for an amazing experience.

This place was fantastic! Very clean and comfy with everything you needed. In a great location, so peaceful and quiet My teenage girls loved it . So much room for a nice sleepover with their friends ! Jodie was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She is so nice and went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. She answered any questions I had via email and text in a fast manner .It was a easy check in and out . My family will definitely be back .

Clean and comfortable in a country setting
We really enjoyed our stay, it was quiet with a real country vibe yet within minutes of restaurants and shopping. Loved all the critters who call this place home too. Everyone we came in contact with at the ranch including the host and property manager was helpful and friendly. I especially loved the well stocked kitchen complete with spices, plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans, the plentiful towels and the comfy beds!

Its nice being a little drive away from other people but close enough to grab stuff easy
Kids loved feeding the cows , loved the trip . Fire pit was cool . Bring wood with , and there are cows so you do have some fly to deal with but it was not to bad for us .
