I am still trying to resolve a refund issue for the price difference. I originally reserved a Deluxe Room with 1 King Bed, but upon arrival, it was unavailable, and I was given an upgraded suite. As a solo traveler, I didn’t particularly want the upgrade, but there was no other choices. After returning home, I noticed that I was charged the suite price on my credit card. I’ve been working to get a refund. I called them 2 times (Friday, and today Wednesday), but the refund has not yet appeared on my card. It’s quite frustrating to have to deal with this hassle after my stay.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in Denver-Tech Center. Check in was easy, the room was clean and spacious, complete with MW, fridge, desk, and chair, a comfortable lounge chair, & a spacious bathtub with good shower pressure! The free breakfast and happy hour, free parking, pool/jacuzzi and easy freeway access add up to a great experience!

Everything was great. They offered a very good free breakfast on plates and also a free supper with a good variety of lunch style meals. You just couldn’t ask for anything better. They service the room every day that we were there. Everything in the room worked perfectly. The bathroom area was a little small.
