The onsite resturanut staffing needs to increase. Friday night it was packed, slow service throughout. On Saturday morning for breakfast their was literally no staffing, one disgruntled worker finally sat us only to ignore 4-5 attempts to get her attention to ask a question. QC needs to do a review of employees for sure. We walked after 5 minutes of no eye contact!!

The entire staff of that location was phenomenal. Service was top-notch customer experience from the time I walked inside the hotel meeting the front desk assistance to the restaurants staff phenomenal, great experience. I will continue to book my lodging with organizations of yours.

Cookie at check in. Nice staff. Could have used more staff though check in was a little slow since there was one guy and they have to ask if they want to be a Hilton member and then sign them up. And was also training another person. And no one answered the phone when calling the front desk it asked to leave a message.

We had a nice stay for our business trip. There was a plumbing issue our first night and the front desk reacted quickly. Our room was newish and very clean. We had no problems at all. We did not use any ancillary services, as we just came and went to our conference.

Cannot sleep under the roaring noise
The noise from the adjacent Highway is horrible and desperately loud, and I even suspect the room has no noise-isolation measure. When a truck passed by, the entire room was shaking.... My wife and I only slept a couple of hours during our stay, she kept blaming me the entire day for booking this horrible hotel.....In addition, compared with the noise, the clogged sink in the restroom seems not that significant.

Like any other hotel, the bed was awful and the pillows the worst! Do they ever turn or replace a bed? The bed was as hard as a rock and sloping in one direction. Why do the drapes at hotels never close completely to block out the light? I would never stay here again!
