When you enter the house, you are greeted by the warm, inviting dining room, with a massive table that seats 8 people with room to pull more chairs from the breakfast nook which has an additional 4 chairs.

-Kitchen
As you walk straight through the home you enter the kitchen with a breakfast nook with seating for 4. Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, silverware, spices, and drip coffee maker. Ground coffee provided to get you through your first morning.

-Living Room
When you turn left through the dining room, you go down 3 small stairs and enter the cozy living room with a 65" Smart TV that allows for unlimited streaming for any of your favorite services. The gas fire place adds amazing warmth and ambiance!

-Office
Just off the living room you enter the office with a desk for a workable space and the fastest WiFi.

-Upstairs Bedrooms/Bathroom
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 King and 2 Queen sized beds. All bedrooms have closets with hangers and full length mirrors. There is one shared bathroom upstairs, also with private access from the primary bedroom, with a full shower/bath combo and complimentary toiletries and hairdryer.

-Laundry
Just around the corner from the kitchen you will find a washer and dryer. As you go downstairs and to the left you will find the 2nd washer and dryer.

DOWNSTAIRS LEVEL OF THE HOUSE

-Kitchen
There is a 5 cup coffee maker and a fully functional kitchen however please note if you need any cookware you will need to use the upstairs kitchen.

-Family Room
Enjoy a foosball table and a new/vintage style popcorn maker, perfect for snuggling up on the super comfy sectional to watch your favorite movie on the 55" Smart TV while the wood burning fireplace crackles in the background.

-Downstairs Bedrooms and Bathroom
There is 1 full bedroom with a closet with hangers and a full length mirror. The bunk room contains 2 sets of bunk beds and a ping pong table.

OUTSIDE SPACE

You can enter outside through the kitchen or the living room, where you will find a 6-8 person hot tub below a pergola with string lights. You can also create magical memories around a propane fire pit surrounded by a comfy sectional. Our super large outdoor dining table and chairs allows you to feast on your favorite meal while enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather. The propane grill is equipped with all the necessary grilling tools. The private backyard is fenced and super large to enjoy ladder golf and corn hole.
Guest access
You can park in the driveway or on the street. You have access to the entire house and backyard. There is a locked closet with the owners belongings in the upstairs laundry room.
Other things to note
Please let us know if you are traveling with small children and we can provide a travel crib as well as baby gates for the stairs if needed.

Pets are allowed for an additional pet fee.
