Welcome to Colorado and our home in Denver's Central Park neighborhood. This 2 bedroom basement apartment is located in our primary residence and the private entrance is accessed via a heated stairwell in your very own private courtyard. We are likely just a text away if you need us, but thanks to the contactless nature of the entry, you can decide the level of interaction you want. We look forward to having you as our guests and hope your visit to the Mile High City is a memorable one.

Ideally located:
Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Anschutz medical campus in one direction and 5 minutes from the wonderful boutique shops and restaurants of Denver's Central Park neighborhood in the other direction of our home. With two neighborhood train stops, it easy to get to either downtown's beautiful Union Station to the west or the Denver International Airport to the east in right around 25 minutes.

Private Courtyard Entrance:
Open the gate and enter into your very own private courtyard. Completed in 2024, the "Warmly Yours" heated stairwell (we did not come up with that name) leads you down to the private entrance. Simply enter the 4 digit pin number, provided by VRBO and you're in!

Inviting Living Spaces:
Walk down the heated steps and enter into this spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The open-concept living room welcomes guests with a large sectional sofa, a 65-inch television and plenty of warm blankets to cuddle up with. Whether you're relaxing or enjoying a good film, this is a perfect spot to unwind.

Well-Equipped Eat-in Kitchenette:
The kitchenette offers everything you need for a nice dinner in. Equipped with a counter-top multi-function oven, induction hot plate, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and blender, you will have all the appliances and dinnerware you need for a great meal. A HELPFUL NOTE: The unit does not currently have a dishwasher, so whoever is on dish washing duty will be cleaning any large items in a "very cozy, yet quaint" hammered bar sink.

Primary Suite:
After doing all those dishes, you will want to relax! The primary bedroom located at the back of the apartment is a wonderful space for rest and relaxation. Get a great night's sleep on the Simmons Beautyrest mattress, made up with luxuriously soft and breathable cotton linens. The en-suite shower room is also well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. We also provide plush towels, a hairdryer and a brightly lit magnifying mirror, that you may (or may not) want to look into.

Office Space/2nd bedroom:
Do you have to take an important Zoom call, or just need an additional sleeping area? This multi-purpose space has both a built-in desk for working, as well as a convenient Murphy bed for resting. To convert the space, simply tilt down the pre-made mattress, pull the pillows and additional bedding out of the closet, and the bed is ready.

Convenient Laundry Room:
If you need to freshen up your wardrobe, our lovely little laundry room will suit your needs perfectly (bad suit pun fully intended!) Laundry pods, dryer sheets, and spot treatment spray are all provided.

Guests will have access to all the living spaces described above in the 2 bedroom basement apartment and the private courtyard. The only restricted areas are the mechanical room and the owners storage closet.

We occupy both the ground level and second floor of the house. We also work from home most days. If you need something, shoot us a message on the apps and we will help!

Our Work and Your Privacy:
As we work from home, we are mindful of your privacy and comfort. The basement dwelling is fairly well-insulated to ensure you have a quiet and peaceful retreat, but you will hear foot steps, plumbing and the heating and air running from time to time. Also the whole - house humidifier should make for a comfortable transition for any new comers to the dry Colorado climate.
