The property is really nice however the upkeep in the rooms should meet the same expectations. The bathroom was dirty and full of the previous tenants hair shavings in the shower, sink and toilet. The first level windows did not lock and we had to put something to prevent it from being opened.

I had a great stay at Courtyard by Marriott Denver Southwest/Littleton during my recent work trip. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The hotel itself was Spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only thing lacking was some housekeeping services which were at times subpar. Overall, the value at courtyard Marriott was well worth it even with some lacking housekeeping services. I also believe they need a day manager to ensure that everything is picked up and looks neat all the time. Example, they have a very nice outdoor fire pit with surrounding chairs, but after each evening when people have gathered around there eating and drinking, the next morning, the chairs are still in disarray there was food left on the patio area this went on for approximately two days, before things were put back in order and cleaned. I was tempted to clean up the area myself Since it took away from the surrounding area and ambience.
