Lady that checked us in was extremely rude, the pool said heated which is why we chose this hotel for my kids and the water was freezing as well as the hot tub being bath water warm. I looked at all details for check in and fees and no deposit was mentioned like others had stated when booking. Had i known in advance i would've brought cash so i didn't have to wait a week to get it back.

Liked: Easy checkin, good dining options in the area, free parking, room service was okay. Disliked: Staff providing incorrect information. I was stuck alone in the elevator for more than 30 mins. Staff didn’t call for emergency until my spouse spoke to them firmly. Did not put up sign for broken elevator. Free breakfast was okay. It looked more like a 2-star hotel for the price of a 3-star hotel.

The ADA room did not have air conditioning and it took a second property manager to switch rooms with a well-functioning air conditioner. Made such a huge difference and finally relax!
