Very nice place at a great price! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a suit and it was very roomy and furnished with everything we needed.

The stay was good overall, front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly. Good choices for the breakfast. I found the rooms were not sound proof well, I can hear guests talking in the adjacent room. And the laundry should improve, as I found old blood stains in the bedsheet and towel.

It was amazing… until the end. And I mean amazing! The decor is so cool! It was clean and quiet, I was in love. Then… the morning of checkout the housekeeper knocked on our door at 8:30am!!!!! We stayed up late and were still sleeping. I was a housekeeper for years and this was a big no-no! We never knocked on their door before checkout time unless the front desk told us they were gone. Something small I know, but this started our day on the wrong side after that.

The staff are very professional and kind. Good breakfast. The hotel can use some updates. It is very close to the Red Rock park and amphitheater. We really enjoyed our early morning walk in the park.

The bathrooms need help! There was mold on the ceiling about the shower and it looks like someone age the bottom of the shower curtain, I did not take a shower in there. The sink it located outside the bathroom and the room we were in, the p trap smelt so bad that I had to keep the sink plugged otherwise the room smelt rotten. The front desk was nice and the breakfast was good. But really, there is nothing worse than a dirty bathroom!

Great Stay
My stay at the Best Western Denver Southwest was great. The servers for breakfast were so kind and helpful!! I had my 2 grandchildren with me. More than enough food variety and it was good. Front desk was helpful. The housekeepiung was great too. I stayed for a week and had all the breakfast and towels I needed thanks to the staff at this location. Thank you for the great stay!!
