Atwell Denver- Rude and inconsiderate/incompetent.
Worst hotel experience in my life. Reserved hotel shuttle for 7:00 a.m. and left room then but returned quickly for an item. Arrived at front desk at 7:03 to be told shuttle left. We are an elderly couple thank you for lack of regard etc. Hotel night staff stated it was 7:05. I shower my phone it was 7:03!!!! She then lied about the roads being ice covered requiring zero flexibility. Told to get there ourselves. My Uber was under 4 minutes to airport and cost over $30.00 due to peak pricing. Driver said no ice on roads and we arrived at airport in around 4 minutes. To top it off the night staff was giggling with day staff and looking at us. Legally, Colorado has a hands free device starting this year. Coming from airport his his phone was “quacking” and he had to his ear in heavy traffic and ICE ON ROAD. Bare minimum Atwell should cover transportation I already paid for.

I paid 200 usd the night to get an old, mold smelling room. It had old carpets. Towels and sheets were too used, felt hard and not good on skin. I wouldn’t go back.
