The bathroom barn style door was broken and very difficult to open and close. The elevator smelled awful with a very strong chemical odor like toilet bowl cleaner that was so strong it permeated the entire hallway whenever the elevator door opened. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

From the initial phone call when I had a few questions, to checking in and valet parking, to getting to our room, everything was absolutely outstanding! I am pretty picky when it comes to hotels and rooms and quietness and staff and this was Perfection all the way around! I don't know if we just had really good luck but we didn't hear any noise whatsoever the entire stay and slept like babies. The coffee in the morning was super hot and strong in the lobby just the way we like it! You can walk all over to restaurants and bars and theaters. Yes downtown Denver has a few undesirable things but overall it was fantastic. The staff was so friendly, both at check-in and check out. They even held our bags for us after checkout so we could walk around downtown the next day. We went to the Rooftop Bar for a beer after a show and that was just as cool as the pictures! It was pretty crowded but definitely worth a stop ! The bartender was also super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Overall, this property was horrible. There is no where to park to check in. Only valet unless you want your car in an unsafe lot. The room was so small the bathroom was in the center of the room. There was so many 21 year olds trying to get to the rooftop bar, there wasn’t any way to get around the lobby. Room was dirty and front staff didn’t care about helping to rectify the issues. If we could, we’d give this place a negative rating. Not the Marriott properties we’ve come to expect and love.
