I had booked a room for 2 days left for food on one day stayed gone most of the day. They came in my room took my full bottle,and any clothes found to "clean". The overweight girl at the front counter Anna told me i could looked in the trash can for my stuff and to get out her face before she called the Cops. So i would def. Not bookon the one on I-35 lol unlesd its a life or death situation . Really disrespectful White girl works in the evenings. Big girl,With really long fake nail(looks like she not wiping her overweight ass) dingelberry lookin ass

The smell was horrible. You could smell Marijauna in the hallways and in our room. Elevator was really dirty. Toilet paper holder was broken.

I thought I was in the wrong building when I first came through the doors cus it looked completely different. The place is a lot cleaner, the staff members are a lot nicer and more professional. And I think I love the chick at the front desk so y'all get a 5 star from me.

THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED
I’m usually not the one to review. But I HAD to for this one. The only positive is that there is ample parking space for a long trailer like mine. Other than that it was horrible. I saw about 3 cockroaches during my 2 night stay. The 3rd floor literally smells like blood. The rooms smell like mold or wet towels. On both nights they didn’t have any towels. On the 2nd night I arrived to a room with no sheets. Went down to ask them to put some, was told no one was on staff to put my sheets so I had to put them on. Which allowed me to see the dirty and stained matresses. Which is also when i found the 3rd cockroach. Do yourself a favor and spend $20 more per night and avoid this mess

I REALLY disliked that my room was constantly trying to be opened. ESPECIALLY 2 hours before my checkout time. I had a man open my door while I was in the bathroom n my baby was sleeping on the bed. He claimed he needed to change the doorknob. Yet i felt so unsafe knowing that the staff let him into my room without my knowledge. where was my permission? talk about invasion of privacy!!

We checked in and the pictures looked nothing like the rooms! The room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in 2 years there was bed bugs on the window shades and roaches crawling all over the floor. I went to the front desk to get a new room and she gave me two more room and both were infested with roaches. When we arrived our key fob would not work to lock the car and had trouble starting the car so i changed the battery at walmart it worked perfect when i got back to the hotel it would not work again so i loaded my family up and in the car in the hotel parking lot looking up new hotels someone tried to break into our car with us sitting in it. The crowd that was in this hotel staying is very sketchy i did not feel safe leaving my wife and children in this hotel alone it seemed as if this was a crackhead hotel or some sort of half way house.

Check in took a while since there was no one at the counter, halls and elevator smelled terrible. Room was cleaned until my daughter saw roaches in the bathroom. Through the outside, looks nice but inside is disappointing. Gladly it was only for one night.
