Beautiful Property
My Mom and I came down to visit my daughter at college for Family weekend. I wanted somewhere that we could spread out and be comfortable but was within walking distance to things sonce i didnt rent a car. This place was absolutely perfect. I slept on the couch and let my Mom have the bed and we both slept wonderfully. I would highly recommend.

Perfect apartment for 2
My daughter had a week long class at TWU so I tagged along and worked from the apartment. I loved the dedicated work space. The apartment was quiet. Wifi was fast and the A/C was cold. Kitchen is the perfect size. She loved the large TV. We felt very safe. It was a perfect place for us and was close to the square and and the campus. We had an awesome stay!

Everything we needed!!
We were in Denton for a convention and needed a place for 3 nights. This cute little apartment was all that we needed, and was much better than a hotel. It's an older home and had the character and charm that goes with that. But it was very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Being over 6'3" it was tough in some of the lower ceiling spots and the bathroom mirror poses a shaving challenge (lol) but we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!!!

The house itself is ok to look at, in an ok neighborhood. Not great, not bad. The room itself was outstanding, clean, updated bath and appliances.
