When checking in, the front desk clerk told me I would need to add a debit card and they would hold 100 dollars for damages done to the room. I paid thru Expedia. There was black mold on the tiles on first floor. This area wasn’t safe either. Would not recommend!

This is a nice place with a hot breakfast. Beds were comfortable and it was clean throughout. We've stayed here more than once to visit our UNT student.

The sheets were dirty and the hotel room and hallway smelled terrible. The bath towels smelled terrible and felt stale. Will never stay at this hotel property again.

Reasonable place for overnight accommodation.
There was a smell as soon as we walked in. Just musty. Our room was clean and comfortable with no smell! The only issue was that the shower curtain was too short and water splashed out onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast was okay too.

Upon arrival, Plastic bag was fitted to cover the smoke detector if was done by a previous guest obviously should have been address by housekeeping between stays. Main room door jam and was hard to open. Bathoom door was almost impossible to turn handle to the point we were afraid to get locked in bathroom and were afraid to shut the door completely. Front desk didnt seem concerned nor surprised when informed of the situation. Also couldnt provide a receipt or documentation they ran my card to hold $100 for a deposit. I understand holding a deposit, but when it is not am immediate refund and is fully processed there should be a document available to be provided and give reason for the charge and intention of refund under appropriate conditions.
