The Hotel has a magnificent entrance but property was just OK. Pool is not friendly for older people as no hand rails. Very hard to get in or out. No change in colour on outside steps so could fall easily. Shower recess was dirty at floor and wall connection . Not many trees or shrubs so felt very stark. Breakfast was fantastic.

Super safe area with security staff always nearby. Still under renovation while we stayed. But superior staff can offset a lot of that. Location is perfect, close enough for you to sample local life but just far enough to get some peace when you need it. Will definitely stay again.

Very quiet and nicely done hotel. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast selection. Restaurant currently only one open. Don't have too many options on the menu. Little away from shopping and other facilities. Beach behind is average not suitable for swimming.

Amazing hotel a lot of our issues will be solved with time when new bars are completed. There is a lot of construction outside the hotel but the staff were excellent. Only other issue is not enough loungers with shade around the pool and service not great

At the moment not value for money as not complete yet. Also they has a function on the last night and we should have been prewarned. Same night we couldn't walk the same way to our roomas it was blocked off had to go different way it was darkand my husband tripped down the step as he didn't see it lucky i didn't go first as im slightly disabled. So i was very disappointed with tharbut everything else ok

A brand new luxury accommodation on the beach with only a pool between. A beautiful and joyful stay. Nacha at reception and Monique were outstanding and welcoming to this grand hotel. The restaurant had breakfast, lunch and dinner all 5 star international and local delicious fare.

Beautiful hotel, staff are amazing! Hotel and grounds are lacking Bali vibe and while renovations are underway and beautiful, I can’t believe they are not replacing the balconies with glass, a missed opportunity to showcase the amazing views. Beach was very dirty and so much floating garbage, staff don’t seem to care much about it. Yoga classes in the morning were great and overall it is a great resort, just not much to do there.

Gorgeous hotel and excellent customer service!
Probably the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Every detail is taking care of, from the check-in, where you’re received in a stunning lobby with drinks and food, then the room with the most beautiful view on the ocean. You can enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. Every single person working in this hotel was helpful and smiling. The gym is also great, with all the machine you need for a great workout. If coming to Sanur, Bali Beach Hotel is the hotel you should choose, you’re not gonna regret it ! Thank you for the amazing week I’ve spent there.

Mooi hotel aan strand. Goed ontbijt buffet. Kamer is schoon en netjes en goed uitzicht op het strand (wel veel wind). Het hotel is nog niet af, maar ik had wijnig last van. In de avond hebben de gangen en paden weinig licht. Senioren en minder validen moeten goed uitkijken. De ingang van het hotel heeft nog niet de uitstraling dat verdient. Dit hotel is zeker de moeite waard.
