We are very concerned that you have to experience a situation which is below our standard of service and is certainly below your expectations. Having so many plants around villas premises, causing there are some caterpillar is crawling around the area. To reduce the amount of caterpillar we are doing a hotel inspected regularly for pest control also for the mosquito. Regarding your 2 nights refund we had approved it, and has been deducted for the total payment. So Please contact your agents, for the refund process.
