In beautiful Denia, we have both renovated and modernized our Villa Bandini for you. In the upscale district of Santa Lucia you will find our exclusive villa in a quiet but very central location, which invites you to relax and unwind.

You will immediately feel at home on the plot of over 650 square meters. No matter whether you want to linger on the outdoor terrace, enjoy the large pool area or take a seat on the roof terrace and enjoy the beautiful sea view or the mountain view of the Montgo; our villa has something for every taste. You will find both a sunny and a shady spot on the entire area.

In the house itself you will find three tastefully furnished bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, another bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped u. a. with microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine etc.

Adjacent is the living area with sitting areas and flat screen TV. If you feel like a cozy warmth or romantic mood, the gas-operated fireplace is available. The cozy garden and the winter gardens invite you to spend time in them. The winter gardens can of course be heated in winter and the glazing can be opened in summer. You can also enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the gardens.

From the living area you reach the sleeping area via two steps (second bedroom). The third bedroom is directly adjacent to one of the winter gardens and has direct access to the pool.

The pool also leaves nothing to be desired. It is suitable for large and small for swimming and also has a toddler area. After cooling off in the pool, you can comfortably use the outdoor shower (hot and cold water).

Enjoy the evening hours with a cozy barbecue evening, a large gas grill is available. Many solar lights, around the pool and various plants give the property a wonderful, Mediterranean flair. Other lights around the villa round off the day tastefully.

You can park your car on the enclosed property. Since the property is completely enclosed and there are detached single-family houses in the neighborhood, the area is invisible.

Very nice villa and fabulous pool
A few technical issues (amongst a defect refrigerator) were fixed within 24 hours. The first 4 days were influenced by power outages (external factors) in the evening, varying from 0,5 to 2,5 hours. The wifi signal/equipment is present but useless for Internet purposes so we needed to use 4G and hotspot solutions on our own gear. The pool maintenance need to be upgraded because of alge issues during our holiday period (serious alge-stains on our swimming gear, towels, dive masks), 10 days intervals between services is simply too long. The villa itself is situated in a nice and quiet area and well equipped with luxury chairs, tables, luxury parasol and loungers along the pool.

Tolle Villa mit schönem Pool
Die Villa ist perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Mitte/Ende Mai war es sehr ruhig. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei Problemen mit dem Pool ist Luis gleich zur Stelle und sonst ist die freundliche Haushälterin sofort zu erreichen und kümmert sich, falls mal etwas nicht passen sollte. Rundum hat es uns super gefallen und die Kinder hatten viele Spaß im Pool
