Passing through the hallway reveals a combination living room, dinette, and kitchenette area tastefully designed with Berber carpeting and marble countertops. Accompaniments include a bar fridge/freezer, a separate ice maker, a toaster oven, a microwave oven, an electric cooktop, a coffeemaker, and a wet bar, plus a comfy sofa, a large flat screen monitor, and an exterior door that leads to a partially enclosed patio with a private outdoor HOT TUB! **This rural vacation home is located at the end of a long gravel road with a considerable grade not maintained by the county. While impassibility is infrequent, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare accordingly using 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles. No guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding road conditions, and refunds are not provided for circumstances beyond our control.
**The owners of this family vacation property occupy the main and top floors of their residence from time to time and may or may not be present during your stay. The en-suite features separate entrances aside from the main house area.
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
