Not cool. Gross
The smoke detector was chirping all night and we were offered No help. The staff Didn’t have a battery or Know how to open it and we were told There was No manager or Maintenance person available. We were also not able To switch rooms due to not being “choice” members. Such bs. Also the pool wasn’t filled and I had called earlier in the day asking how late The Pool was Open and wasn’t told that the pool was Closed. The carpeting was gross and the tub wasn’t clean.

Poor Customer Service
Pool is always Closed! When going into the room I noticed a sound like a panting dog, the fridge wasn't working properly. I needed this for my prepared food for my allergy kid. Front desk said they could help but never did (only one staff member available), bathroom floor was sinking every time we used the bathroom. I had to get another room as we had a family member show up later and their room was fine. I asked front desk if we could move near them since we didn't have a working fridge and condition of room they said no. They ended up replacing fridge next day which was our final day by this time I had our food in the other room. Had my family member speak with Manager and he was extremely rude the staff member at night was more kind and had better customer service than the manager. We have stayed here for years and based on customer service this will be the last time we stay.

Check in area smelled of weed, staff person was unwilling to check us out, she just kept saying I do t know. And then checked us out after about a 5 min wait. Bathroom in accessible room was in rough shape, lots of broken tiles.
