For the security for everyone, every guest must fill out a rental application with the HOA before final approval. It is a real simple online process with an additional fee of $150 per person/married couple. As a special promo, fee will be reimbursed up to $150.

Delray Racket Club beautiful just renovated condo. Stainless steel kitchen appliances, large walk-in closet with a custom vanity, smart nest thermostat, smart keypad entry lock for contactless check in. Large balcony on the third floor with Hurricane windows and shutters.

King Bed & black out curtains on the master bedroom with balcony access. Smart TV'S in both Bedroom and Living Room and electric fireplaces for the coziest ambience. Hulu, Disney Plus & Espn included as well as basic cable.

Full working office desk space, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, microwave, full oven and a small toaster.

Full Laundry room in the unit as well as beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella are also available for the guests.

Hypoallergenic, waterproof, bedbug proof sleeves for the mattresses and all bed pillows for your peace of mind. Fresh Organic Bamboo Sheets, Linens and Egyptian cotton towels for you to use.
