Property is a good location, but it’s travel time to Airport can be unpredictable, food is ok. But the bathrooms and other areas are dirty. The exhaust in bathrooms doesn’t work due to which certain areas get bad. I complained but they seem to know a the issue. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Pathetic addition to ITC Brand..

Check-in was delayed. Promised a quick turnaround but the after following up after an hour, didn't find the receptionist not available. Receptionists and restaurant staff wore stained jackets. The corridor from lift to room was stinky and not well lit. And for 4 people, 2 twin beds wasn't a good proposition. For additional bed, I have been demanded extra charges. I am ashamed, as ITC shareholder, to have WelcomeByITC in its fold.
