Hotel with great views
Taj remains the luxury brand it has been for decades. The professionalism and service culture there is gold standard. It is a hotel that has all those little extras that make you feel it is not just any hotel, but a five star luxury hotel. Only negative remark I have is that the noise level in the breakfast hall is too high. But I think that goes for most hotels and probably difficult to do anything about when you have so many guests.

In short, my stay here was exceptional. The level of service was such that I did not want to leave the hotel. I have to make a special mention for the service received from two brothers in the lounge, Vikas and Vishal. They both went above and beyond which made my stay both memorable and enjoyable. I would most definitely stay at the Taj again.

Taj Palace is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff is the best ever - Rajinder in Capital Grill, Dr Goswami and his staff (Shishpal, Twinkle, Ankit and many more) are amazing. I would strongly recommend this hotel and booking their spa for any treatments you need

This hotel is very nice but a bit further away from the main areas. We booked a superior room but the room we were given was very basic and quite surprised that Taj Palace had such basic rooms, probably the equivalent of a 2 or 3 star hotel. We complained and sure enough the manager apologised and upgraded us to a much nicer room. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent although a bit chaotic at times. Overall quite a lovely hotel.

Taj Palace is a wonderful hotel in Delhi where you can enjoy a luxurious peace in the middle of a frenetic city. After a day of sightseeing and making your way in Delhi, it feels so nice to come back to the comfort of this place. The staff work hard to make guests’ experience/stay pleasant and enjoyable.
