The hotel is located close to the airport. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service if included in the package. The staff and service is bar none. The food in the restaurant was amazing. We had the weekend dinner which was tremendous.

We made two international phone calls to try to arrange for an airport pick-up. One time a person answered, but then we were cut off. The next time, the phone rang and nobody answered. We sent an email, and the reply asked for information that was already sent in our request, as if they didn't fully read our email. Check in time on the hotel website indicates midnight, however, we learned that clients can check in after midnight. It would be a good idea to change the website to check-in: any time after (give the hour). Or, to give an email address to arrange for late check-ins. As an airport hotel, clients cannot control the time of arrival of their flights. Expressing flexibility on the webpage and in the email confirmation of reservation would be very helpful. Everything else about our stay was excellent.
