Rooms are okay . We ordered food in room but had to wait for 2 hours , almost missed our appointments. Everytime I went out of the room I had to reactivate the room card to get in. Services were quite slow .

Overall ok, but staff should ask for tip all the time. That’s their job to provide best service to customers, because customers paid premium for it. That’s doesn’t mean customers have to pay extra to staff. This annoys a lot. Help but don’t expect customers to pay the staff for each service. Please talk to your staff regarding this. Don’t look at customers all the time for tips. It’s up to the customer if they want to tip you or not. Do not make them feel that they have to tip you.

Took about 45 minutes to check-in. No comms, absolute chaos with random people jumping queue. Staff are totally clueless and unprepared for big groups. Food counters either dont have plates or live stations are missing chefs. Same for check out an ordeal

Property is beautiful. rooms are gorgeous.Love the atrium. They have a great salon on the 2nd floor. There is also am awesome shopping mall with shoppers stop and W. Food is average and they don't have easy access to black coffee at the breakfast buffet which is a huge miss. The live music is terrible. I invited a few friends over for dinner and we could barely hear each other over the cacophony of a terrible singer Rooms are lovely and the bathrooms and showers are great . The sheets on the bed are wonderful as well. Staff is great but not properly utilized. Example there is always a q at the front desk.

Loked the room layout but The floors in our suite were dirty, not mopped. The sheets were totally not changed, they smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The staff including housekeepers, ballet, everyone was very nice and friendly. Every time we ordered room service, our food came very late and cold. I think they should keep microwaves in rooms or at-least in the hall.
