Arriving after a long drive from a week of camping and hiking in northern Newfoundland, we were amazed to find the Hew and Draw. It was startlingly stylish and incredibly comfortable. Two things we loved in particular were the french press coffeemaker in the room and the adjacent microbewery, Boomstick, where we had an excellent IPA and a tasty meal. We highly recommend Hew and Draw: loved it!

The hotel is in a great location. The room was great. The bedding was ripped but it was at the bottom of the bed so it didn’t bother us. The hot tubs are a great option. Would have been great if there was a divider between them for more privacy. Rooftop patio is great. Food was a little too eclectic for us so we didn’t eat there for supper. We did have breakfast the day we left. Food was good but service was a little slow and it wasn’t a busy day. But those are all small things. We had a great stay and would def stay again.
