Carpet is room was so old it was dark from wear. Walls and chunks missing from them. Entire hotel section looked neglected and smelt weird. Housekeeping left a timer beeping for multiple hours while trying to sleep. Staff was unprofessional.

Very dated, cracked sink, stained ceiling and shower grout, weird smell. Had to wait for someone to come check us in in the middle of the afternoon.

The halls and carpet needed a good cleaning. The kids had a lot of fun at the pool/waterpark. The attached restaurant was very convenient! Breakfast was good. The air conditioner in the room was very loud and toilet leaked but other than that we were happy with our stay.

The staff was nice and the resturant was amazing. However, the hotel was very run down and had many small issues. Water pressure in the shower was not good, dark patches (mold) in upper corners of rooms, pealing paint on ceilings of rooms and in the lazy river of the pool area. Doors that didn't quite match up to their frame in the halls. Also having only one staff doing the breakfast and the front desk, seemed very overwhellming for them and made it difficult for them to keep up with everything. *They remained professional and did the best they could.

Had to request a new room after being put in room 213 which had a running faucet (full blast) in the bathtub which does not turn off! Day staff was nice, night staff did not speak to me when I requested a new room, but did give us a new room number. Awkward
