This lake house is all about outdoor living and experiencing the lake's waters from another point of view. Launch the provided kayaks from the private dock and get ready for a memorable evening in the water - there are 15 life jackets provided for your safety. The home also boasts a covered deck with impressive lake views, numerous inviting seating, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining area - it's just the perfect setting for summertime barbecues!

Inside, this fabulous lake house offers an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces. Curl up on the inviting sofa and stream your favorite shows on the Roku smart TV or simply relax as you take in the marvelous lake views in front of you. The chef of the group will have a great time preparing delicious homemade meals and treats for the group in the well-appointed open kitchen. Additional perks include two additional Roku smart TVs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
