I called the hotel hours before our arrival and requested a lower floor pet friendly room. I was told yes it would be taken care of, but when we arrived we were placed top floor at the very far end of the hall furthest away from the elevator. My older dog has mobility issues and fear of elevators. But we managed. The hotel was very clean . The room was clean and comfortable but breakfast was less than adequate.

We did have an incident where an another couple inadvertently got assigned to our room and came into our room. We did contact the front desk and they remedied the problem. I have never had that happen before.

Hotel service was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our room was in rough shape, the hair dryer didnt work, the bath tub makes terrible noises when taking a shower, so if you are sleeping and others are showering its so loud. Once you are done showering, it continues to make these plastic popping sounds. I am not sure if its installed correctly or if its just old. The bed was very hard and the AC has a smell like the freon is leaking. It was 90degrees and we needed air, no matrer what, but we all had headaches every morning.

Very clean & well-appointed property. Young woman at the front desk was welcoming, helpful, and efficient. My husband said the spa was excellent. Breakfast provided a good selection of standard fare. Coffee was good. Four stars instead of five on Comfort reflects the fact that neither of us found comfort sleeping with the small square bed pillows. However, the beds themselves were excellent.
