******BUILDING AMENITITES UNAVAILABLE (including the pool & kiddie pool) this property has some after effects caused by the two 2022 back-to-back hurricanes and most recently, Hurricane Milton, that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storm. Per Pirate's Cove management, the amenities reopening date has unfortunately been postponed and a new date of reopening has not been scheduled at this time. The condo unit has no damage to the interior is available for occupancy. Beach access is just a few step to the Dunlawton beach ramp. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable. ***
