I always stay at Perry's Ocean Edge when I visit Daytona Beach. They have been around for many, many years and provide a clean, welcoming experience. They provide coffee and donuts every morning. I recommend an ocean view room. It doesn't get any better.

Stayed here for biketoberfest and it was a great stay. Still icing somethings from the recent storm but would come back. Garage parking for motorcycles during rally.

The property was under some repairs from hurricane, but didn’t affect my stay there. This property was diligently working to improve their damages. Loved the tiki bar and bartender!! I definitely loved Michele working at front desk, very personable and professional at the same time. There was a little problem with my original booked room, which I knew before arrival cause she called to inform me that, which I thought was great. When I arrived there, she accommodated me with an even nice room, And again, she was terrific!! Also couldn’t get my tv working right, and an employee promptly came to room and got my tv working, he was most friendly as well. If I had to say one negative comment about this property, it would be MORE lighting on grounds. All in all, love this place, I’m a repeat customer, I live in Florida and would recommend this property to all. Almost forgot, love love love the homemade donuts! I will be returning!!!

Unfortunately due to Hurricane Milton property was damaged in back but pool was open. Rooms were clean and updated however very musty and humid. Floors were supposedly washed but my slipper socks were black with dirt. Front desk personnel were great especially Kelsey 🙂
