Perry’s was hit hard by Hurricane Milton and had just opened back up the day before we arrived! We LOVED our room location and will definitely be returning in the future! The most amazing part of our entire stay was the EXTREMELY courteous, friendly and helpful employees! It’s a rarity in today’s world and was so refreshing!

BEWARE. Poorly maintained and managed. We had a 5 day reservation. After check in we found the condition of the room and the property to be in disrepair and run down. Trip hazards, broken glass, stale rooms, damp bed linens, doors hanging off hinges and slippery wet floors. We immediately checked out and let the front desk know about our findings. They still billed me for the entire stay. The place is a MONEY TRAP. Walk the property and DEMAND to check your room before check in. I guarantee you will not like what you see. Expedia tried to help with the situation but Perry's management refused to make any concessions. They just took the money and ran.

We arrived after Hurricane Milton, all thing considered Hotel did an amazing job. No TV No wi-fi and looks like mother Nature is washing away the Beach. Thanks to all staff who did wonderful Job !

It was not as advertised. Ammenities were out of service. The heater of the indoor pool was broken. The hot tub was out of order. The cable and internet service was out of order. The outdoor areas were a wreck. The bed was comfortable but that was it. It was not a good stay.

are you kidding me? the bathroom had a small open window to the hot humid outside with no other ventilation.. had to keep the door closed just to try to keep the sleeping area cool.. over all, the property was dirty.. the so called tiki bar was a joke.. the guy behind the bar had the personality of a rock.. whoever took the pics of this place did a good job at selling the place.. will never return

We had an issue in our 1st room. We found some kind of bugs in the bathroom. We were moved to an upgraded room. It was ok just a bit bigger. We never received any maid service even after asking for it for 2days. The 3rd day we came back from the pool and there was a garbage bag of clean towels hanging on our door. But our room remained untouched. Then my sister drove up from west palm for the weekend. And they made her park in the overflow lot across the street and charged her $10/night. I asked if she could park in the regular lot since it’s not full, there were maybe 5 cars in the lot and they said no. I stayed there 2 years ago and it was great. This time the property is just not as nice, it looks as if the upkeep is not a priority. I love Daytona and try to go every 2 years but I will not be staying here again.

Lovely big rooms, but property needs a major recamp. Very tired looking away from main entrance. Lots of work going on at the rear of the proorrty to strengthen the sea wall, so no easy access to the beach. There was constant noise from the diggers and the view was also impacted by this. It made the garden area look very untidy.

It was very nice and lots of fun for the kids. The inside pool was amazing it rained Sunday and the kids were still able to have a great time. The ac in the room leaked water everywhere inside the room and out side but it was cleaned up the next morning and didn’t bother us at all. Donut’s and coffee free in the morning kids loved it.

The staff was super friendly . Check in and out were a breeze . Property was very clean . I love how they have so many pools even an indoor pool so they are never overcrowded . Our room was newly renovated so it was very nice ! The Tiki Bar is very nice and not overpriced . Only complaint is that the WiFi isn’t that good but everything else was wonderful and I will be going back !
