Don’t waste time or money
The location was good, the doughnuts amazing however the room in the garden section very dated, unclean with mold and torn bedding, noisy from construction and smelled of weed non stop from people smoking at the indoor pool. It’s a shame because this place has potential of being more!

Needs updating
The location of this place is convenient to a shopping center with grocery store and restaurant. The rooms were clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The overall exterior condition of this property is horrible at best. Lots of construction on the oceanfront side, the siding and soffits were missing, old light fixtures falling off the walls, the “heated pool” was not heated (not working). It is totally evident that the owner(s) are not invested in the maintenance and upkeep of this property on the outside. The staff was incredibly nice from the front desk to the tiki bar but I really hope there are some “in the near future investments” so those people can keep their jobs for the future.

We visit Daytona every year for the Turkey Rod Run. This was a great choice for a weekend stay. The pool and beach were perfect. They have a little tiki bar outside. Only issue would be lack of parking.

Our cabin was great. Very clean and super quiet. The property is going through some repairs from storm damage so few things not open. Indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. Definitely will return.

Choose based on location to other stuff. Hotel looks old on exterior but ok in inside. Old style motel entry which can be loud. Seawall still under construction but allowed access to beach. Breakfast was donuts and coffee only. IHOP is across the street!

From check in to check out every staff we encountered was always helpful and courteous. While the property is still recovering from hurricane damage there's still plenty of amenities open. The only downside was we hung the door hanger for maid service but never received it, even though we made sure the right sign was hanging. The texts from staff was an added bonus.

I was there for 8 nights and my room only got cleaned once or twice. The housekeeping staff came by to take out the garbage and replace some towels but not the sheets or sweeping. I understand that the seawall needed to be replaced and so the grounds were really torn up.
