***IMPORTANT NOTICE *** Balcony restoration work WAS COMPLETED recently on our side (N facing side). The other faces of the building will have work done as the project continues on the E and then the S sides. Guests should notice very low noise levels for our side of the building. For safety reasons, balcony access is not permitted on our N side if work is being done above or below our unit and the scaffolding lift system is in use. Expected completion of balcony sealing and pressure washing/painting of siding and balcony flooring is expected very shortly once knock out inspection by engineers is completed.

We had a wonderful stay for our Christmas at the beach. Clean, easy parking. It does need more items to cook with as we had to buy pots etc. otherwise it was very nice and comfortable. We had our 85 year old grandparents and older uncles and Aunts all come over and enjoyed Christmas together. It was a blessing as one of our dear Uncles has departed this earth since. Then. The property was very nicely decorated, however the Master Bathroom needs some attention. Unfortunately My parents could not Enjoy the view due to the ongoing renovations. That was not stated when I initially booked. The pictures showed a wonderful balcony were my Senior Parents Could Enjoy the Ocean. This was really the main reason for my booking. We were disappointed because of that. There are A Lot of Rules.. Overall the property could be Extremely Relaxing for you or Family Once All Renovations are Completed. The property managers were available when needed,

Solid property with some exterior repairs in progress. The completed elevations are very clean and fresh. It appears that all the exterior windows and doors have been replaced. The sliding doors to the balcony were very smooth operation and had recently been installed. The interior was clean and neat. Our family had a very relaxing time at this location.

Beautiful place!
The owners were very responsive to any questions I had before and during the stay. Super nice couple when talking to them on the phone. The condo is located in a great location. Beautifully decorated, and newly updated. Spacious, 3 bedroom, with a nice living room area that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The outdoor patio is very spacious to sit and drink coffee and watch the sunrise. Will be back to stay again soon.

The condo is under construction and loud. The owner had no control over this. With small kids, the noise was disturbing and scary for them and they started promptly at 8 am. The condo needs a good deep cleaning. Dust was obvious, I’m sure reconstruction played a part in that. However other things needed a good cleaning, like the sinks and bathrooms. The master bedroom was very hot, not much air in the room. The Lockboxes for keys didn’t work. Keypad on door didn’t work. Therefore, We had to keep up with two sets of keys among the eight of us. It was daunting. The door wouldn’t stay closed unless the deadbolt was locked which meant you have to keep up with keys and share them among all guests. Keys are required for entry to the beach, pool access, and lobby. Again, only two keys for all my guests was extremely difficult. There is no wheelchair access except in the garage. No wheelchair ramps to the beach for your wagons of chairs and toys. Lots of steps to the beach and the garage from the pool. Again, impossible with a wagon of heavy things. Overall the stay was good and I would recommend it. I would stay here again. Lots of space. Good location. And easy check in and out. The remodel has been going on for two years already. But there’s not any noticeable improvements.

Awesome Condo
The condo was amazing, even with the ongoing balcony repairs. It’s very spacious and clean with plenty of room for a big group. We didn’t get to utilize the views because of the repairs they are finishing up, but I have no doubt they will be amazing when finished. We plan to visit again in the future to see for ourselves! Would highly recommend this property when in or around the Daytona area!

Great Place!!!!
Very nice and roomy condo right on the beach. Parking in the garage. Everything we needed to make our stay amazing! The noise from the repairs was there, but didn’t bother us. Would highly recommend if you need space for a family! My grandkids enjoyed having their own space and us adults enjoyed having our own!

Condo is beautiful, great ocean view. Only downfall at no fault of owner is on going construction, place would exceed expectations with quick and easy access to the beach. Beach is a short walk away. Great communication with owner, very friendly and honest. Another downside is the key system, a key is needed for entry to condo building, pool, and condo itself, having multiple groups often made planning impossible much prefer a keyless entry to avoid such issues.

Another Fabulous Vacation!
This unit is immaculate and beautifully furnished with everything you could need. Because of the recent hurricane, there is a little construction noise but it was not disturbing. The host is amazing to work with - very responsive and thoughtful. If you're traveling alone or with children, the building's security is a big plus.

Property was exactly as photos showed. The check in process was seamless and easy. The home was great and very spacious, we had 6 adults and one teenager. The only downside was the building was undergoing renovations from the hurricane damage and they just happened to be working in units near ours, so it was noisy at times. This is no reflection on the owners as they had given us plenty of warning prior to our visit that it may happen. We would definitely rent here again!

Stay was first week of September 2022
The owner is very up front about the construction and the noise so we knew what we were getting into. Good thing it was a Holiday weekend so the workers were not present during half of our stay. But when they were there is was very loud and if you're the type of person who wants to sleep in past 8 am then this may not be the place for you until all of the work is done as there was no escaping the noise. Couple of suggestion's and these may not apply to everyone but for us they would have fit our needs better. 1st - Since we had grown adults in each room the availability of only having 2 keys for the front lobby door mad it a little challenging for everyone to do their own thing as you had to worry about being able to get back into the building itself. So a Third key would be super beneficial. 2nd - instructions on how to use the TV remotes as all the rooms were a little different. As you can see some small inconveniences and without the construction we would easily stay again.

A Wonderful Week at the Beach!
Our condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing experience at Daytona Beach. The master bedroom and bath were especially nice and large, with a wonderful shower! The balcony has a beautiful oceanfront view and everything was as listed. We needed to purchase additional trash bags as only two were provided, but that was certainly no big deal. We would recommend this property with no reservations, and the communication with the owner was very good and friendly. Thanks!
