The 3 bedroom accessible was beautiful. Perfect amenities. Expensive dinner but very good food. For handicapped good deck but no access to beach until repaired. Elevator doors are not accessible. The bathroom counter is not high enough for a wheelchair. Had to move dining room for wheelchair to move around. Wheelchaira cannot go on the patio.

Beautiful property and experience. Brand new hotel still being completed (so no beach access currently available-understable due to hurricane Milton. Lovely experience. Just be aware $250.00 incidental fees (applied in advance as a hold on your credit card) and they do not clean your rooms at all unless you stay a minimum of 5 days, wish we knew this information upfront. Definitely enjoyed our overall stay. Was celebrating 1st year wedding anniversary and staff was so accomodating Caroline at the Venn Bar 🍸 and Supervisor Taylor was amazing and made our night memorable, we appreciate their kindness and excellent service. We will definitely come back.

Definitely our best experience at a hotel in the area. It was very private in spacious even in the one bedroom unit. The ocean view gave a perfect view of the sunrise. We will for sure be staying here every time we’re in the area!!!

Omggg, I’ve never done a hotel on beachside before as I visited Daytona due to my college homecoming and being that I lived and worked in Daytona in the past and the Max Beach Resort being the first hotel I’ve stayed at on the beach was so AWESOME. Direct access to the ocean beach. Gorgeous units. Huge balcony and kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. Ocean view. Staff at front desk, Mary, and general manager, Libby, were absolutely phenomenal during our entire stay and made every effort to accommodate my and my family's needs. Will definitely be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The only thing I would have improved, was that the cookware they provided needed some cleaning before we could use it, and we did not receive cleaning services, but it may have been request-only due to the length of our stay. Room was beautiful though the brutalist concrete architecture can take a second to adjust to, especially if you have sound sensitivity, as it definitely echoes in the room. Overall it was a great place go to relax at the beach and have a drink while getting away.
