Everything was good except for one ac unit didn't work, elevator wasn't working at all times and the power to the hotel went off on last day and had to carry luggage down the stairway which was dark

Noisy but excellent service
Hotel under renovation. Our room was over the renovation area and it was very noisy and disturbing. Starting around 7:30-8 am and some nights ending at 10 pm. The elevator and ice machine were out of service near my room so had to walk ++++ for the other elevator. There was no water pressure in shower or sinks. Not enough towels , had to ask for everything. Also had to ask for housekeeping. Only empty garbage and change towels…didn’t do beds, wash toilets or sinks…but they were very of service when I asked them! All the girls were super nice! A big shot out to Cynthia and Shannon in the kitchen…AMAZING SERVICE! Super nice to talk to and available to help in any way. The front desk offers also an AMAZING service! They are all very nice. So the employees and good service helped for the disappointed points. The pool was nice and warm. We all enjoyed. Love the amenities in this chaîne of hotel. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen with large fridge. Excellent for us, big family. Overall, the noise was disturbing but I guess it’s for a good reason…the hotel really needs a refresh. But once again, the staff is amazing! Had an overall good stay for 10 nights. Location is super, close to everything. 10 minutes to beach. We would not hesitate to return (after renovations).

I was not aware that this place was being renovated however it was good because the pull out couch was old and tattered and I wouldnt even sit on it…the water was turned off from 9AM -6, no one to empty garbages or bring clean towels for the 4 days we stayed ended up driving to stay with a friend as I was working and having no water to flush the toilet or wash hands is really gross.
