Very nice staff. Pleasant, most of the people staying here were displaced homeowners from the hurricane. There were a lot of emergency workers as well and the staff was efficient and friendly. Would recommend this for everyone and hopefully they’ll be here under better circumstances.

Hotel is dated , Cynthia was very helpful and friendly, hallways did not smell good, room was clean and bed was comfortable, bathroom sink needs a makeover, location was great. Breakfast was very good.

Disappointing
Probably the most disappointing Hampton I've ever stayed in. Had to go back to the desk several times to get my card key reprogrammed, room was cold, wet and damp regardless of the temperature set on the thermostat and had to eventually change rooms to get any semblance of comfort. Cockroaches in the tub on day two as well, etc. etc. Staff was friendly enough but poorly trained and the best perk - 24 hour coffee bar - was never "freshened" and every cup I had for 3 days was cold and needed to be heated up in the microwave in my room. Just not a great experience overall.

Dusty room rusty bathroom fixtures water is not filtered giving off a terrible smell while showering. Odd furniture arrangement in the room … tv is on the side … lying in bed you need to look to the left to see it. Lawn mowing began at 7:30 am followed by the blower to remove clippings! Breakfast looked good only had the coffee also good.

We had two pups (allowed!) and elderly Mom…trying to show her that she could still get out and about and visit Palm Coast! Staff was great - room had absolutely everything we could need! Thank you! It meant that we got a good nights rest and great breakfast ! Stay here - with all your peeps!!
