The room was cold. No matter how many times we turned the thermostat up, it quickly returned to 68 degrees. There was a bright flashing light that came from what I assume was the smoke detector off and on throughout the night so we had trouble sleeping. There was an added charge of $25 to park in the hotel parking lot. There were no cups in the bathroom to use when we brush our teeth.

The bedding looks used from prior customers. The bathrooms were not clean/marks all over mirrors as well as body hair all over the floor. The front desk host the AM guy was rude & would hardly acknowledge us when we had questions.

Can’t beat the location. The breakfast could be a LOT better. Fitness studio is decent. Pool is tiny for the size of the hotel and only six chairs for hundreds of guests ? Overall the hotel is wonderful though.

The front desk clerk Dennis did amazing job. So nice and friendly. He shared so much information about the property and the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Everything was so fresh. The only complaint I had was that there was no sugar or cream in the room for coffee. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This property is centrally located on the beach side of New Smyrna Beach. A charming setting. Parking is available for free, just a little tricky to operate the actual entry gate. (I would have appreciated at check in to be told that they only service the room every other day)
