The room was super cold and the heat wasn’t working also there was no water had to request them to send in water multiple times and they wouldn’t clean the room the next day.

This hotel sits right on top of I70, and there is no noise barrier. You hear the loud sonds of the interstate all night long, making it impossible to sleep. I also found both an ant and a spider in my bed, so that wasn't fun. I would never under any circumstances stay at this location ever again. If you need quiet for sleeping, this will be the worst stay of your life!

Nice, fun hotel. Slept well. The sound of the traffic was actually relaxing. The room had lots of places for your belongings. Liked the hooks for hanging items. Will likely look for Tru hotels for future trips.

We really enjoyed the efficiency provided by the electronic key and easy check out via the app. The property is newer and still in good condition. Breakfast was good and they have plenty of items available for sale. Only downside is the proximity to a main road with some road noise. Our room was on nearest side to the main road.

Week of 10/18/24- there was a ton of wild poorly supervised kids during this week and made the stay quite unpleasant. Please alert the patrons next time a kids soccer or rec activity group will be staying with you so customers can avoid it. The room was hot, tiny, and have flashing lights from the fire alarm flashing at night. The staff, particularly Aiden was amazing.

This is the perfect place to stay for events at the Rose Music Center. The hotel and the music venue essentially share a parking lot, so walking to your show is quick and easy. There is also a nearby restaurant that is walkable and provides a small discount for hotel guests. The property is fresh, new and clean with a friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
