Air conditioning was off and that made the smell even worse when entering the lobby. Was in my room long enough to turn on the AC to hopefully help the smell…made a phone call to let family know I arrived. Pulled back the covers to get in and there was a bed bug running around. I asked for a refund or a clean room, which they promptly gave me a room on a different floor that didn’t smell as bad. It was a late check in, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. I was exhausted from driving for hours to get there, but I had a hard time even resting because I kept waking up thinking I had bed bugs crawling on me. Easily the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If this is what “Quality” in the Quality Inn name means, then I will not stay at another one as it was far from it.

Our room was musty smelling.Upon more investigation we foung mold in the bathroom painted overand bleeding through. We have mold allergies so 3 of our party of 4 had to sleep in the car.The staff did nothing to help us.

Horrible. Chose it for the low price, but even taking that into account it was bad. Very poor physical maintenance. Broken public restrooms, broken ice machine, our room toilet quit suddenly. Worst of all, our room REEKED of smoking, even though the hotel must have gone no-smoking quite a while ago. Couldn’t be bothered to efficiently fumigate. Won’t be going back here, even if the price gets lowered.

Well I was disappointed it smelled like smoke in the hallways. You tell everything was kind of old. Which did not match the pictures on their website however the price was good and there was dirt in the pool

I expected a lot more from a Quality Inn
1) No elevator for handicapped or disabled people. 2) room smelled of smoke. 3) furnishings were dated as well as holes in the closet wall where somebody punched them. Paint peeling and caulk cracked and peeling. 4) terrible water pressure 5) Roaches and bugs that came in after a rainstorm, or were there the whole time. Not sure. Didn't notice until after the rain storm. 5) hotel apparently allows pets and barking dogs.

Might have jyst been bad luck, but our first room smelled like wet carpet. Very musty. The next night after complaining we got a different room that smelled better, but the door was a challenge to open, closet handle was missing, shower water was lukewarm and we found a cockroach in the bathroom. We did not even have breakfast. There were no protein options. If you like waffles, that smelled good.

There was no elevator, my family and I had a ton bags so up 2 flights of stairs we went. Our bathtub faucet was broken. You had to put your hand inside of the faucet to pop the shower head on. The ice machine was broken on the second floor. The side door and front door were also broken. My key card stopped working along with the WiFi. Overall, the staff were very friendly and polite. The location was great right off the express way. It was just dirty and very shady.

Lots of food choices located close by. Easy access to and from I 75. Place is a little worn and morning breakfast is minimal. Front desk attendee was excellent on our checkin. We give the hotel an "acceptable" rating.
