Room was reserved as soaking tub room. When arrived did not get the correct room. Front staff was very nice and offered a nice discount on another room, which was big but pillows and bed were poor. Sheets had some wear on them.

Went to check out the pool and it was being renovated. Nothing on wedsite about no pool service. No hair conditioner in the bottle in the shower. And the elevators could use an upgrade, very slow and dont feel safe.

Elevators were not working. Parking lot is on the side of the building and the side door doesn’t function even with a key. Common areas smelled like pool chemicals to the point of burning your eyes. Two towels in the room when the reservation had three people on it. Stay away.

There was NO breakfast for 2 mornings. Our boys played in a local golf tournament…this was very hard for us to scramble that early. We were given the wrong room at first..someone was already in the room…we scared him. It took us 3 times to get that situation fixed.
