Excellent service, nice clean and updated. Cable channel selection kinda poor but has the basics. Good breakfast, excellent courtesy. Had a problem with someone accidentally checking out my room # which resulted in an attempt to over charge my credit card. But the front desk staff was very helpful and we were able to correct the problem before we left. We will definitely come back to this hotel for our Springfield Ohio stays.

The staff were very helpful even though we arrived super late... like 2 am. Loved the make your own belgium waffles in the morning along with scrambled wggs and sausage. I've never had a hotel offer a warm complementary breakfasts... its usually crappy muffins and stale bagels. The staff were awsome here!

The room was clean. The location was convenient; just had to go through two parking lots to get to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean. Overall if we were travelling through this area again we would Forsure stay here!
