We propose you to rent, on the commune of Dax, this beautiful house with heated swimming pool, of a surface of 110 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 34 m², an open and equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 600 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A bright living room of 34 m² with TV, sofa, armchair and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with a central island, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, espresso machine, crockery and cutlery...
- Bedroom 1: master suite with a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining shower room.
- Separate toilet.

On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- A study area.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- An above-ground swimming pool (private, heated) 5 m long and 3.5 m wide with a manual cover. The pool is heated from June to September.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 600 m².
- A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, fan, washing machine, barbecue, parasol, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Dax in the Bois de Boulogne area, in a very quiet and pleasant environment only 15 minutes walk from the centre of Dax. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Modern and clean but no character. Pool much smaller than pictures implied although weather prevented us using it and there was nowhere to hang wet clothes near the front door.

Long stay in Dax
We had a great time in Dax: the house was lovely, the garden and pool were great and spacious, and it has all the cooking equipment you could ask for. The house could use air conditioning during the hot summer months when you’d like to keep the mosquitoes outside.

Séjour aux Arènes, Dax
Agréable sejour dans cette jolie maison avec piscine et terrasse et proche du bois de Boulogne pour marche ou course à pied. Spacieuse pièce à vivre avec cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié que notre chien puisse accéder au logement.Accueil chaleureux, un petit panier d' accueil de la region aurait été bienvenu😊 Seul point négatif le jardin est clos mais sortie des chiens possible par l'arrière de la maison.

Remarques sur notre accueil
Nous n'aurions certainement pas fait les remarques qui suivent si nous avions été correctement accueillis par la personne qui gère la location pour le compte du propriétaire. En voyant 5 personnes et nos 2 chiens, il s'est permis de nous dire assez sèchement :"mais vous êtes combien ?", puis : "Le propriétaire n'accepte pas les animaux !" Il nous a fallu lui montrer les échanges de mails indiquant que nous recevions du monde le premier week-end pour qu'il s'agace encore et qu'il nous lance qu'il n'a pas été prévenu et que les lits n'étaient pas faits,,, Il a tenu à contacter le propriétaire assez longuement (alors que nous attendions de pouvoir nous détendre après la route), voulant s'assurer, bien que nous lui affirmions avoir payer le supplément demandé pour eux, que les chiens étaient bien admis. Cet incident nous incline à vous recommander d'améliorer la communication entre votre site de réservation, le gestionnaire, la conciergerie et le propriétaire, pour éviter ces tensions très désagréables, et cette longue attente dans la rue, sans savoir si nous pourrions enfin entrer dans la maison. Pour le reste, votre conciergerie ferait bien de vérifier certaines choses avant l'arrivée des nouveaux locataires et la remise des clés. J'ai d'autres remarques à communiquer si cela vous intéresse.
