Kristine at the checkin was fabulous! Handi-cap room had a tub in it. Not at all convenient for a very week handi cap person. Beds are to high for a handi cap person. No maintenence people on duty. No added staff to help front desk. Cot that was brought to our room was hard and lumpy. Not a happy experience. We had to wait for over an hour to get a room that had a walkin shower. Shower flooded the whole bathroom floor. Slip hazard. Not at all happy overall. Also, shower had no water pressure.

We set our stay up at least a month in advance, and we arrive at the property and are told there is nothing on file and the confirmation number means nothing! We requested 2 queen size beds, and get 1 king with a pull out on a different floor, 4th. We were told this is the loudest floor. We were 2 men coming in town to view a fight. Not happy.

This hotel is not up to Hilton standards, unless Hilton has lowered their standards significantly. Nice location but that is all the hotel has going for it. Ceiling cracked with peeling paint. Shower had rust on the floor and walls.

Pool was not working which is why we booked this hotel, tv not working, so they gave us hotel cable, which only had 3 channels and 1 of those channels was in spanish, their parking lot was full, so we had to pay for garage parking, staff was rude and not accommodating

I don’t understand what the hell just happened?
Took 3 different rooms. First one was bare no towels etc, tv didn’t work? Same second one. Third finally was fully equipped and everything worked? Why this was kind of like what the actual feck folks?
