Overall an ok stay.. but unfortunately customer service lacked BIG time. The community area by the pool is no longer free and costs $250 to rent. Wish we’d of known prior and we wouldn’t have stayed here because this was the whole purpose of our stay.

Went there during Thanksgiving travel. Checked in and oh by the way, no hot water. Front desk guy was pretty rude, pretty much talking on the phone the whole time. There was a lady in the breakfast room that had no heat all night. The only reason I give it 2 stars is the breakfast was super good and the girl that was in charge was super friendly and awesome.

I requested late checkout 1 hour after reservation and was told on the phone that it would be fine without an extra charge, however housekeeping knocked on my door two times in that hour and then i was charged 25 dollars extra for the late checkout. The front desk told me on the phone that noon would be complimentary. It wasn't even worth the extra charge because I was distrubed twice and called once. The bar and restaurant is a nice option at this hotel though.
