This little cabin is just minutes away from the white sand beaches & restaurants, making it an ideal coastal retreat. The house features a 3-person hot tub, added in 2020, allowing you to relax & unwind in style. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including pots and pans as well as a Keurig coffee maker. It's a great place for preparing meals & enjoying that island vibe. Beautiful pine floors run throughout the home, adding to its warm & inviting atmosphere. The living room is cozy with accented beamed ceilings & a coastal vibe that enhances the island experience. There's a full bathroom downstairs with a shower and unique tile flooring. Upstairs, there's a half bath conveniently located off the bedroom & a balcony, which overlooks the front yard trees & perfect for bird watching. The A-Frame boasts a back deck & a spacious backyard with a fire pit, perfect for outdoor gatherings & relaxation. A storage building is included, providing extra space for your belongings. There are two mini-split heat/HVAC systems, which are Wi-Fi-controlled for your convenience & includes various smart features, such as smart light switches, NEST, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, & an element fire extinguisher.
