Separate lounge and dining area. Large undercover entertaining area with BBQ and TV. Two eskies are available. Security gate with key pad access to allow self check-in and check-out. Two external security cameras are in place. One is located at the top of the driveway and captures a view of the front door, driveway, security gate and a portion of the road in front of the gate. The second security camera is located at the rear of the patio and captures a view of the back patio area, the two sliding doors leading into the house from the patio, the pool gate and a small part of the pool area.
